SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
Unused and undamaged online purchases maybe returned within 14 days of receipt by sending an email to sales@missionarts.center requesting an RMA. All eligible returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless the order is cancelled prior to the shipping day. Buyer pays for the return shipping and insurance.
Unused and undamaged items purchased in person may be returned to the gallery by the buyer in their original packaging along with proof of purchase within 14 days of the purchase for a full refund.
We only ship within the US using insured USPS shipping, unless the customer requests otherwise. Items are usually shipped within 3-5 business days of the online order. Local pickup is always free. Some art pieces require special shipping and handling that may not be determined at the time of online purchase. For such items we will contact you with the available delivery options and their corresponding prices prior to shipping your item(s).
If your item(s) arrive damaged or the shipment does not arrive within 10 business days of the shipping date, please contact us at sales@missionarts.center no later than 7 days of such incidents for further instructions. Please preserve the damaged package(s) and item(s), where applicable. We will refund your purchase or reimburse you for repairs up to the purchase price pending the nature of the incident per the process described in https://pe.usps.com/text/dmm300/609.htm#ep1097134
In the unlikely event of online pricing errors, we will cancel the erroneous transaction(s) and issue you a full refund.
